Pastor Steve and Chanler Shank founded City on the Hill Ministries Inc in 1979. After starting the local church in Boulder, Colorado they helped launch a Bible Training Center in Kingston, Jamaica in 1987. Pastor Steve has led over seventy missions trips into many nations of the world. He has seen Jesus heal the blind, deaf, dumb, and a multitude of diseases in response to the prayer of faith.

Pastor Jimmy and Carrie Ratzlaff have attended City on the Hill since 1987. Jimmy became our Children's Pastor in January of 1996. He is the Director of all children's ministries up to Jr. High and teaches various children's classes. Jimmy is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. They have a son and a daughter.

Troy began at City on the Hill in January of 1999. He and his wife attended Christ for the Nations Bible College in Dallas, TX. Troy is the Director of the music department and leads worship for our Sunday morning worship services. He also coordinates the media team and administers the website. They have 3 children.
